Ken Hill-Power is the Project Director for Glasterra, bringing extensive experience in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. With a strong background in construction and project execution, Ken has led complex projects from early development through to commissioning and operation.

Ken is responsible for overseeing the delivery strategy for Glasterra’s projects, ensuring that design, procurement, and construction activities are aligned to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. His practical, delivery-focused approach ensures projects are structured for execution, with a clear emphasis on programme, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

At Glasterra, Ken plays a key role in guiding projects through the transition from development into construction, working closely with contractors, consultants, and the owner’s team to ensure successful project outcomes.
